To ensure seamless service for both our guests and providers, we kindly ask you to review the following policies: Automatic Gratuity • A 15% service gratuity will be automatically applied to all services at checkout. • This ensures our providers are recognized for their time, expertise, and dedication to your care. • Additional gratuity is always welcomed for exceptional service. Appointments & Scheduling • Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to ensure a relaxed check-in experience. • Appointments arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to be rescheduled and may be subject to a cancellation fee. • An appointment confirmation email will be sent once your booking is secured. This email includes a required intake form that must be completed prior to your appointment. Please check your spam or promotions folder if you do not see it in your inbox. • Appointment reminders are typically sent 3 days before your session and again 24 hours prior for your convenience. Cancellations & Rescheduling • We kindly request 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or changes to your appointment. • Cancellations made within 24 hours or no-shows will incur a 50% service fee. • For your convenience, any cancellation fee may be applied toward a future service if booked within 30 days. Our team will be delighted to assist you with rescheduling. Payments • We accept all major credit cards, debit, and digital payments. • Gift cards may be applied to both services and gratuity unless otherwise specified.
